How Grandeks collects, uses and protects personal data.

This Privacy Policy explains how GRANDEKS TRADE & LOGISTICS - FZCO (“Grandeks”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data through grandeks.ae and when responding to business enquiries.
Grandeks is licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under License No. 60404. Our address is DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE. For privacy questions or requests, contact office@grandeks.ae.
When you submit an enquiry or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, company name, phone number, requested service, preferred start date, project description and any other information you choose to include in your message. Our form also records the language and page from which the enquiry was sent, and the submission time.
When you visit the website, the hosting and security systems may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and security events. The enquiry form uses a short-lived, hashed record of an IP address to limit automated and repeated submissions.
Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, sensitive personal information or confidential datasets in an initial enquiry.
We use personal data to receive and respond to enquiries; discuss requirements and prepare proposals; communicate about a requested service; operate and secure the website and form; prevent abuse; and comply with applicable legal obligations or protect legal rights.
We process enquiry information to take steps you request before a potential business relationship and, where applicable, on the basis of your consent or another basis permitted by UAE law. We do not use an enquiry as consent to send unrelated marketing messages. If we introduce marketing emails, we will provide a separate choice where required.
The website and its infrastructure may use essential cookies or similar technologies needed for security and basic operation. Optional analytics and advertising technologies are separate from these essential functions.
We do not currently use Google Analytics 4 or Meta Pixel on this website. We may add them in the future to understand website use and measure advertising activity. If enabled, these tools may collect or receive information about your visit, device, browser and interactions with the website and may use cookies or similar identifiers. Before activation, we will explain their purposes and providers and provide a way to accept, refuse and change your choice where required. Visiting the website or submitting an enquiry will not be treated as automatic consent.
The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive technical information needed to deliver the font files. Before enabling optional tools, we will make their purposes and providers clear in the cookie controls.
Access to enquiries is limited to people who need the information to respond or administer the service. We use service providers to operate the website and handle communications, including AEserver for hosting and Zoho Mail for business email. Google provides website fonts. If optional analytics or advertising tools are enabled with consent, Google and Meta may receive data associated with those tools.
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information where required by law, to a competent authority, or where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
Some providers may process data outside the United Arab Emirates. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we will apply the conditions and safeguards required by applicable UAE data-protection law and limit the data shared to what is needed for the stated purpose. You may contact us for further information about a transfer relevant to your data.
We keep enquiries and related correspondence for 12 months after the last substantive contact, unless a longer period is required by law or reasonably needed for an existing contract, dispute or legal claim. After that period, we delete or anonymise the information in our active systems. Copies in routine backups may remain until the applicable backup cycle ends.
Technical security records are kept only for the period needed to operate and protect the website, subject to the hosting provider’s settings. Retention for optional analytics and advertising tools will be set and disclosed before those tools are activated.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including restricted access and encrypted connections where available. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure. If you believe information sent to us has been compromised, contact office@grandeks.ae.
Subject to applicable law and any relevant exceptions, you may ask whether we process your personal data; request access to it; request correction or deletion; request restriction or cessation of certain processing; and exercise rights relating to transfer of data or automated processing where applicable. You may withdraw consent for processing based on consent without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Send a request to office@grandeks.ae. We may ask for information necessary to verify your identity before responding. If you remain concerned about our handling of your data, you may raise the matter with the competent UAE data-protection authority.
We do not make decisions about enquiries solely by automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
The website is intended for business enquiries and is not directed at children. Please do not submit a child’s personal data through the enquiry form. Links to external websites are governed by those websites’ own privacy policies.
We may update this policy when our services, website tools or legal obligations change. The updated text and its revision date will appear on this page. If a change materially affects how we use personal data, we will take any additional steps required by applicable law.
